This tutorial guides you through accessing and reviewing order details within the Backoffice Admin Manager Portal.

Go to backoffice.vsdigitalhealth.com

1. Open Orders Page

Select the Orders option to view all current and past orders associated with your business operations. This page helps you manage order workflows efficiently.

2. Select Specific Order

Click the order labeled OD-PZU125 to review detailed information about this particular transaction. This step allows you to inspect order specifics and status and view tracking.

3. Initiate Order Action

Click the indicated area to begin interacting with the selected order. This action typically opens additional options or details for order tracking by the vendor.

4. Access Additional Order Features

Click the specified location to reveal more features or controls related to the current order. This enables a snapshot of the order including when the next re-assessment date is for their next month order or medication refill will be available.

5. Toggle Sidebar Visibility

Click the Toggle Sidebar button to show or hide the sidebar menu, optimizing your workspace for focused order review and management.

6. Engage Further Order Controls

Click the designated area to access further controls or information related to the order. This step supports comprehensive order handling and brings you back into the main Order Details page view for that specific order.

7. Review Payment Summary Details

Click the Payment Summary section to examine detailed cost breakdowns, including item costs, business profit, consult fees, and platform service fees for the order.

8. Complete Order Interaction

Click the final indicated area to complete your interaction with the order details, confirming any changes or closing the order view as needed.
