# HOW DO I SET UP MY CUSTOM DOMAIN?
In this article we will walk you through how to change the default webpage name and customize it to match your business page.
**What is it?** A custom web domain name lets clients access your VSDHOne site using a branded website address, such as ***care.yourbusiness.com*** and replaces the default [***https://care.vsdigitalhealth.com***](https://care.vsdigitalhealth.com). This helps clients recognize your business when browsing products and booking consultations.

## Set up your Custom Domain
Navigate to Business from the left sidebar.
1. Scroll down to the Custom Domain and Email section.
2. Open the instructions found on the right side of the page.
3. such as **book, shop, online, virtual, telehealth,** or **products**. This replaces the default VSDHOne address with your branded link for example: **shop.yourclinicname.com** this is where clients can book consultations and place orders.
4. Log in to your domain provider, such as **GoDaddy**, and follow the on-screen DNS instructions to connect your domain.
5. Select **Save** and **Update Domain.**
6. Select **Verify**. Once verified you will see a green **Verified** on the screen.
7. Navigate to the Location section to fetch the updated URL.
> **Good to know**
> Set up the email domain at the same time as the web domain. Without it, booking confirmations land in spam or send from a generic address.
#### Connecting Your Email Domain
An email domain is the part of an email address that comes after the @ symbol, such as yourbusiness.com. Connecting your email domain allows platform emails to use your business’s web domain name, helping clients recognize who the messages are from. These emails include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and other client notifications.
1. In the same Custom Domain and Email section, locate the Email Domain field.
2. Enter your email domain (e.g. yourclinicname.com).
3. Follow the on-screen DNS verification steps.
4. Select Save.
> **Good to know**
> DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate. Set up your custom domain at least one day before you plan to go live.

## Find your Live Site Link
Once your domain is connected, your full branded URL appears in the Location tab.
1. Navigate to Business from the left sidebar.
2. Select the Location tab.
3. Your live site link appears here in full. This is the URL you share with clients and add to your main website as a call-to-action button.
